Nature and Objective

Digital Lean Manufacturing is the first step of implementing Industry 4.0. Applying Internet of Things (IoT), manufacturers can easily get the real time data. With the use of digital key performance index, manufacturing operation management can be well controlled and drive the lean production, foundation for implementing Industry 4.0 will be built.

This programme focus on how Digital Lean and Internet of Things (IoT) can be applied to Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and operation, and practical cases sharing will be provided by our Japanese speaker and HKPC Consultant.

Certificate of Training

Participants with at least 80% attendance and passing the project assignment will be awarded “Certified Industry 4.0 Digital Lean Professional” jointly issued by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and Dr. Doi of OPUTC/Osaka Prefecture University, Japan.
