Nature and Objective

A 1-day seminar on direct laser interference surface patterning technologies for antibacterial applications, cell adhesion control, friction and wear reduction, surface self-cleaning as well as product IP protection and individualization will be organized. The technological concepts, methodologies, operation techniques and case studies with analysis on investment, cost effectiveness, advantages and limitations of the subject technologies in different industry sectors will also be introduced.
